To download it
1. Log into CardMail your email account via a web browser.
2. Click Office 365" banner in the top left corner.
3. On the right-hand side of the page is an "Install now" button.
4. After clicking install now, a dialogue box should pop up and a request to download should be available.
At the bottom of the larger pop-up dialogue box there's a "Need help installing" link, in the event you need more information on downloading it.
