Go to the windows system tray
right click on the world globe icon or and select "Open"
Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "Collect Logs"
Make sure all of the boxes are checked. Make sure you know where the "Collected.zip" file is going to be created. Click on the "Collect" button.
Add the "Collected.zip" file to the reply to this message.
