1. Go to the windows system tray
2. right click on the world globe icon Image Modified or Image Modified,
   then click on the 3 lines in the top right corner and select "OpenSettings"

3. Click on the "FileTroubleshooting" tab in the menu bar and select , then click the "Collect Logs" button
   Image RemovedMake sure all of the boxes are checked. Make sure you know where the "Collected.zip" file is going to be created. Click on the "Collect" button.

4. The logs will be saved to your Windows User folder with the name GlobalProtectLogs.zip

5. Add the "CollectedGlobalProtectLogs.zip" file to the reply to this message.
