- Take note of your portal address as you will need to re-enter it on the new GlobalProtect app. It should be vpn.louisville.edu.
- Uninstall previous versions of the GlobalProtect app (4.1.x and earlier releases) from your iOS device.
- Launch the App Store.
- Search for GlobalProtect. The old app has been renamed to GlobalProtect Legacy.
- Tap GET to initiate GlobalProtect app installation.
- When prompted, Install the app.
- After GlobalProtect app 5.0 installs successfully, launch the app.When prompted, enter the following information:
- Portal Address: vpn.louisville.edu Username and Password (to verify that the app works)
