Please submit a Course Merge Request form that can be found by visiting http://louisville.edu/delphi/blackboard Select Request Forms on the left side menu.
It will require you to log into the site with your ULink username & Password.
Scroll to Merge Course Enrollments. Click submit. We will then merge your enrollments into one course of your choosing. If you experience any difficulties, please contact our office 852.8833.
