User has followed instructions, but is not able to map the I: drive using:
Open File Explorer.
Right click on "This PC."
Click on Map Network Drive.
In the top box, choose I:
In the bottom box, paste whichever link below is appropriate to your situation.
PC: \\fileshares.louisville.edu\data
...
PC: \\136.165.239.210\data or \\136.165.239.211\data will resolve mapping to the I: drive.
PC: \\136.165.239.210\usr or \\136.165.239.211\usr will resolve mapping to the H: drive.
Mac: smb://136.165.239.210/data or smb://136.165.239.211/data will resolve mapping to the I: drive.
Additionally a Windows PC May Need to use AD if an error about GUEST connections appears
Have the user map to the I: Drive using AD\UserID (so that the mapping goes thru the AD domain).
