Requesting new data or voice services is done through the Communications Services Work Order. Examples are:

  1. New phone
  2. phone number changes
  3. speed dial configuration
  4. voicemail configuration
  5. Single inbox voicemail (voicemail is in your exchange email)
  6. network jack installation
  7. network jack removal
  8. DNS name registration
