Your OnBase account has been created with access to the (some name) - Users group.
If you have not previously done so, please install the latest OnBase Thin Client software via the website (https://onbase.louisville.edu/onbase /Login.aspx). Additionally, if you have a pop-up blocker installed, you will have issues getting logged into OnBase .
If you have problems getting logged into the OnBase Thin Client try holding down the Left 'ctl' key while you click 'log-in' on the OnBase webserver. The left 'ctl' key will bypass most pop-up blockers. For a long term solution you can create an exception to your pop-up blocker. Please work with your Tier1 on if you have any questions regarding configuring your pop-up blocker.
Pop up blockers may need to be disabled for all onbase pages for the software to function successfully.
