User has followed instructions, but is not able to map a drive to smb://fileshares.louisville.edu/data (I: Drive) or smb://fileshares.louisville.edu/usr/<userID> (H: Drive)

On occasion users will have to map to their drive share with the IP address instead of fileshares.louisville.edu.

Connecting with smb://136.165.239.210/data or smb://136.165.239.211/data will resolve mapping to the I: drive.

Using 136.165.239.210 or 136.165.239.211 will work for the H: drive as well.

Additionally a Windows PC May Need to use AD if an error about GUEST connections appears

Have the user map to the H or I Drive using AD\UserID (so that the mapping goes thru the AD domain.
