Add a Safe Sender to Junk Email Options from Office 365 client
From Outlook or O365 Home Menu select Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
If you are not in Cached mode you can OK past the next small window, open the Junk Email Options window and select the Safe Senders tab.
Click on the Add… button and enter the email address you want to add your Safe Senders list –
in this instance PrintAnywhere@Louisville.DoNotReply.edu. Click OK and OK again.
