Advance (Alumni / BSR)

Advance uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink. You will not be prompted to change your password.

Backup Services (Tivoli)

Log into Tivoli and select Utilities from the menu bar. Select "Change Password" from the drop-down list.

Blackboard

Blackboard uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink. You will not be prompted to change your password. If you log onto the system after your password is expired, it will use a "grace login".

SharePoint

SharePoint uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink. You will not be prompted to change your password. If you log onto the system after your password is expired, it will use a "grace login".

EPM

EPM uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink or you can wait until you are prompted to change your password.

Financials (PeopleSoft)

Financials uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink or you can wait until you are prompted to change your password.

Exchange

Exchange uses the ULink password. You will not be prompted to change your password through Exchange.

HEAT

1. Log onto HEAT.

2. Select Edit>>Preferences, the User Preferences dialog box appears.

3. Click the Display tab.

4. Click the Change Password button.

5. Enter your old password in the Old Password field.

6. Enter your new password in the New Password field.

7. Enter your new password again in the Verify New Password field.

8. Click the OK button.

9. In the User Preferences dialog box, click the OK button.

 

Human Resources (PeopleSoft)

The Human Resources system uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink or you can wait until you are prompted to change your password.

  

MySoft

Your MySoft account uses the ULink password You can change your password through ULink .

 

OnBase

OnBase uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink. You will not be prompted to change your password. If you log onto the system after your password is expired, it will use a "grace login".

Human Resources

Student Administration

All PeopleSoft systems including EPM, Financials, Human Resources, RDS, and Student Administration use the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink or you can wait until you are prompted.

Raven

You can reset the password by logging into raven.louisville.edu via a Secure SSH session using the change password option from the menu. Owner must contact HelpDesk at 852-7997 or file a HEAT ticket if problems are encountered

 

University Reports

University Reports uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink. You will not be prompted to change you password.

 

Student Administration (PeopleSoft)

The Student Administration system uses the ULink password. You can change your password through ULink or you can wait until you are prompted to change your password.

 

You can change your password through ULink.

· Log into ULink.

· On the first page, under ‘Quick Links', select ‘Change Password’.

· A page will be displayed to change your password. Follow directions and then exit ULink.
