Adding ELD code for Printing on a Mac

Add the printer as you would normally (System Preferences/Printers & Scanners
You must do this from within an application printing menu (Safari, Word, etc)
File/Print
- Click on the Application and choose Xerox Features
- Click on Paper/Output and choose Advanced
- Click on Accounting
- Change Accounting Prompt: to Do Not Prompt
- Enter your ELD number in the Default Userid ID”
- Click On OK
- Click on Presets
- Click on Save Current Settings as Presets
- Name it Xerox
- Click OK
- Click Print
