Adding ELD code for Printing on a Mac

Add the printer as you would normally (System Preferences/Printers & Scanners

You must do this from within an application printing menu (Safari, Word, etc)

File/Print

  • Click on the Application and choose Xerox Features
  • Click on Paper/Output and choose Advanced
  • Click on Accounting
  • Change Accounting Prompt: to Do Not Prompt
  • Enter your ELD number in the Default Userid ID”
  • Click On OK
  • Click on Presets
  • Click on Save Current Settings as Presets
  • Name it Xerox
  • Click OK
  • Click Print
