Service Accounts - Active Directory

Question:

Where are service accounts stored in Active Directory?

Answer:

Service accounts are placed into the same OU as the owner. 

If you wish to change the account owner to someone else, use the request form at https://ulservices.louisville.edu/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/create/339

If there are people with access to the service account, the owner needs to log into the account are remove their rights; this is not a function that IT performs.
