Can I add the Print button to my Outlook Home tab?

Yes. Follow these steps:

1. Click File at the top left of your screen.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Customize Ribbon.
4. In the right-hand window, make sure Home (Mail) is highlighted under Main Tabs.
5. Click New Group on the bottom right.
6. Click Print in the left-hand window.
7. Click the Add button in the middle.
8. Click OK.

The Print button will now appear in your Outlook Home tab, and you may click it for quick printing.
