User has followed instructions, but is not able to map a drive to \\fileshares.louisville.edu\data or \\fileshares.louisville.edu\usr\<userID>

On occasion users will have to map to their drive share with the IP address instead of fileshares.louisville.edu.

Connecting with \\136.165.239.210\data or \\136.165.239.211\data will resolve mapping to the I: drive.

Using 136.165.239.210 or 136.165.239.211 will work for the H: drive as well.

Additionally a Windows PC May Need to use AD if an error about GUEST connections appears

Have the user map to the H or I Drive using AD\UserID (so that the mapping goes thru the AD domain.
