To download it
- Log into your email account via a web browser.
- Click the app launcher icon (appears as nine squares in the shape of a larger square) at the top left of the page.
- Click on "Office 365".
- On the right-hand side of the page is an "Install now" button.
- After clicking install now, a dialogue box should pop up and a request to download should be available.
At the bottom of the larger pop-up dialogue box there's a "Need help installing" link, in the event you need more information on downloading it.
