Communication Services Work Order

Requesting new data or voice services is done through the Communications Services Work Order. Examples are:

1. New phone
2. phone number changes
3. speed dial configuration
4. voicemail configuration
5. Single inbox voicemail (voicemail is in your exchange email)
6. network jack installation
7. network jack removal
8. DNS name registration

 The url to navigate to is:

1. Login with your ULink UserId and current password
2. Once logged in you'll come to a page with the "Menu" on the left-hand margin of the page. You'll choose "Comm Services Work Order"
3. On the next page, at the bottom you'll see a tab that says "Add New"
4. Fill out the information requested, to include your Speed Type number and click submit.
