If you have the Cisco Email Security Plugin (Outlook 2013), click on the Phish icon (upper right corner of Outlook 2013)

If you don't use the Outlook Client, you You can forward the suspicious email AS AN ATTACHMENT to

   itpolicy@louisville.edu

or just delete the email.

Forwarding as attachment:

  • Go to outlook.office365.com and log in
  • Compose a new message in a new window
  • Drag the suspected phish/spam message to the body of the new email in the new window
  • Send to itpolicy@louisville.edu.

This will ensure that we receive the email with all useful information unmodified and in-tact. This prevents the message from being saved to your computer and helps us have all of the information we need for further investigation.
