If you have the Cisco Email Security Plugin (Outlook 2013), click on the Phish icon (upper right corner of Outlook 2013)
If you don't use the Outlook Client, you can forward the suspicious email AS AN ATTACHMENT to
itpolicy@louisville.edu
or just delete the email.
- going to exchange.louisville.edu,
- right clicking the message in question, and
- selecting "forward as attachment" and
- sending to itpolicy@louisville.edu.
Within the Outlook client this can be accomplished by
- composing a new email, and
- then dragging and dropping the email in question to the body of the new email.
This will ensure that we receive the email with all useful information unmodified and in-tact. This prevents the message from being saved to your computer and helps us have all of the information we need for further investigation.
