I'm getting the "404 - File or directory not found" message with increasing frequency when I respond to Email messages from a variety of sources. Is this something I need to fix or is the problem elsewhere?

If someone calls in and they get a "404 not found" from a URL they opened in Outlook Web, they must use internet explorer. If they are using a Mac *in this case they were* they must use the full outlook client available from the IT Store. Office 365, for some reason, adds a bunch of padding to URLs that make them useless to anything but IE. I have seen a few of these tickets come through. A 404 not found error is not a result of the URL filtering. If proofpoint is blocking a URL, they will be redirected to a blue page that says "Website Blocked".
