The GlobalProtect VPN client logs are used to help troubleshoot client connectivity issues.
To generate Global Protect VPN client logs - these will be needed by Enterprise Security
Follow the below steps.
Go to the windows system tray
right click on the world globe icon and select "Open"
Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "Collect Logs"
Make sure all of the boxes are checked
Make sure you know where the "Collected.zip" file is going to be created.
Click on the "Collect" button
Add the "Collected.zip" file to the reply to this message.
Be sure that "Portal:" is set to vpn.louisville.edu and your AD username and password are entered on the "Settings" tab in the window that appears when you double click on the Global Protect VPN icon in the system tray.
