20 MB. Attachments larger than 20 MB may not be sent or received.
How do I preview an attachment without opening it?
Microsoft Outlook allows you to view an attachment with the Preview option.
- Select an email message.
- Right-click on the attachment.
- Select "Preview" from the drop-down list.
