Issue:

Problems encountered with DUO device enrollment or self-service (enrolling a new device/authentication factor or disabling an existing device/authentication factor).

Examples:

  1. Need to change secondary authentication factor (eg. change from landline to mobile application, token or other).
  2. Need to add additional secondary authentication factor.
  3. Attempting to enroll first device and issues are encountered.

Resolution:

If any of the issues above are encountered, a physical presence is required for assistance and resolution. Please visit the iTechConnect Center in the lower level of the Miller Information Technology Center. The iTechConnect office is located behind the Business Operations Center.
