User has followed instructions, but is not able to map the I: drive using:

PC: \\fileshares.louisville.edu\data

Mac: smb://fileshares.louisville.edu/data

On occasion users will have to map to their drive share with the IP address instead of these..

Connecting with:

PC: \\136.165.239.210\data or \\136.165.239.211\data will resolve mapping to the I: drive.

PC: \\136.165.239.210\usr or \\136.165.239.211\dusr will resolve mapping to the H: drive.

Mac: smb://136.165.239.210/data or smb://136.165.239.211/data will resolve mapping to the I: drive.

Additionally a Windows PC May Need to use AD if an error about GUEST connections appears

Have the user map to the I: Drive using AD\UserID (so that the mapping goes thru the AD domain).
