Forgot your password? Or need to reset it? We've got you covered. Click one of the buttons below, and follow our step-by-step guide on this page.


Reset Your Password


  • Go to My Accounts in the Self Service Page

  • Type the New Password and hit RESET PASSWORD. You will receive a confirmation message if your password reset is successful.


Forgot Your Password

  • Enter your User ID and hit NEXT

  • Click on Forgot your password?


  • Verify your information and the CAPTCHA and hit SUBMIT

  • Select where you want the PIN to be sent to, Personal Email or Phone were set and verified in the Account Claiming Process. Hit SEND PIN


  • Retrieve the PIN from your Mobile phone or Personal Email, then click VALIDATE



  • Create and confirm the new password and click on RESET PASSWORD
