1. Go to https://vpn.louisville.edu to download and install the GlobalProtect VPN client.
   
   Once the client is installed, there will be a small gray globe icon in the system tray by the clock.
   • The red “X” gray globe icon signifies that the client is not currently connected.Image RemovedImage Added
   • The blue and white colored globe with a shield indicates that the VPN client is connected.Image RemovedImage Added
     
     
2. To connect, right click on the system tray icon and select “Connect”.
   
   
   
3. A window will appear that prompts for Portal, Username, and Password.
   The portal is “vpn.louisville.edu” – Username and password are Ulink credentials.
