Purpose – Password challenge question requirements. If challenge responses do not meet these criteria, they will be rejected.

Challenge Question Criteria
Response must be at least five (5) characters but less than 17 characters
The answers must be different for each question
o You will get an error message: Please specify distinct Secret answers
The answers should not be first, second or third or a similar pattern because the next time the questions are displayed, they will be jumbled and no longer in the same order
Characters allowed:
o Numbers
o It takes these special characters: !@#$%^&*()_+ `~-=[]\{}|;':",. <>?,./– , including spaces. We recommend that they not use special characters
o Alphabetic characters, upper and lower case. We recommend that they only use lower case
