FileVault (encryption for Mac)

Remember that we currently have a FileVault management agent available for download. This will ensure that the recovery information for an Apple Computer encrypted with FileVault is copied to our encryption management server. This will allow for emergency recovery of data in the event of a device failure. This also removes the burden of storing this information locally either with you, or the individual running FileVault.

The link to download the software can be found either on the iTechXpress web site, or on the encryption web site here: http://louisville.edu/it/departments/enterprise-security/information/pgp-encryption-information
