Help with Blackboard Collaborate

I am needing to use Blackboard Collaborate.


Please try the following troubleshooting procedures

* What browser are you using? It is possible that Collaborate is not compatible with the current browser. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, please try again in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

* What is your current version of Java? It could be that you need to update your Java client. Please go to http://www.java.com and click on the Free Java Download button. The site will usually check your computer for the latest version of Java at that time. Once you download and install the latest Java version, close then reopen your browser. This may resolve the issue with Collaborate sessions not working.
