8 characters minimum and 16 characters maximum

The following values are allowed:

• A-Z
• a-z
• 0-9
• ! @ # $ % ^ & * – _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , . ? / ` ~ “ < > ( ) ;
• No UNICODE
• Cannot contain the username alias (part before @ symbol)
