How do I retrieve my username and password?

I have the correct username and password but I still cannot login. What should I do?

  • You are not typing in your username and password in all lower case letters.
  • There are spaces before or after your username or password when you are typing it.
  • Your account has not been renewed for the current semester.
  • Your account balance is not in current standings and you are on a paid service.

I have logged into my Account but when I try and go to a different website it brings me back to the Apogee login screen. What should I do?

  • Verify that your login was actually successful and you received the following message: "Congratulations! You are now authenticated to use Apogee. Please restart your computer before going to another web page."
  • Restart your computer

How do I create an account?

  • Visit the Signuppage and fill out the requested information.

How do I upgrade my account?

  • Loginwith your username and password.
  • Click on "Upgrade my account".
  • Choose the speed you would like to upgrade to.
  • Fill out the requested information.

How long does it take for my upgrade to take effect?

Upgrades can take up to 24 hours to take effect, but you may see the change in speed much more quickly.

Can my friends use my username and password when they are visiting?

No. Your username and password is not to be used by anyone other than you. Giving out your username and password is strongly discouraged and is against our End-User Service Agreement.

How do I connect my additional device?

  • Loginwith your username and password.
  • Click on 'Connect more devices' on your user console.
  • Select your device and enter the following information:
    • Your device MAC address
  • Restart your device.

I have added my additional device to my Account but it still won't connect. What should I do?

  • Reboot your device.
  • Verify that your device does not have a saved username and password that is used to connect to a different network.
  • Check the settings on your device.

Where do I find the channel lineup for my school?

  • Loginwith your username and password.
  • Click on 'find cable TV channels in your area'.
  • Select your school from the menu to view.

How do I set up phone service?

If you do not already have an account, you can sign up for phone service when you are creating your account.

  • Visit the Signup
  • Follow the prompts and fill in the requested information.

When does my account get charged?

If you selected a paid account, you will be charged when you sign up for service. Please note that service is for the full term indicated and prorated costs are not available at this time.
