Forgot Your Password: Using Challenge Questions

If you forget your password, but have set up your challenge questions, try this!

Step-by-step guide

• Go to http://password.louisville.edu
• Click on Forgot Password at the top of the screen

1. 1. Answer the Security Questions
      1. They must be one word answers
      2. 5 - 10 characters long
      3. lower case
      4. They can not be the same

• Click on Create New Password
