Syncplicity Client Reports Enabled/Disable
*** Our Syncplicity contract is paid through October 2018. It will not be renewed.
Once the contract lapses, the Syncplicity service will no longer be available.
Copies of the data will remain on all synchronized devices, but the central "cloud copy" will no longer be available.
Please open CardBox accounts and start becoming familiar with it. Data migration is a drag and drop operation on the client workstation.
There is no behind-the-scenes direct copy from Syncplicity to CardBox. Syncplicity users will have to re-create any collaboration relationships inside of CardBox.

Issue:
Syncplicity cloud storage client reports enabled and disabled in a loop.
Cause/Solution:
When a users AD account is locked, the Syncplicity account is disabled.
When a users AD account is unlocked, the Syncplicity account is enabled.
The account is continuously being locked and unlocked by automatic intruder lockouts in Active Directory. Usually this is caused by a device using an incorrect password to authenticate to email or ulsecure wireless. Clear all stored credentials to prevent account from locking.
Helpdesk/Admins:
Review lockout logs to discover what device may be causing a lockout and therefore disabling Syncplicity.
