DUO Login issue for Adobe on Mac

This past week on the DMS computers, we ran into an issue when attempting to login to Adobe on our Macs.  The Duo window would pop up the error message in the attached image.

 We have been able to resolve this by reinstalling an Adobe package of the Creative Cloud app with the optional "Enable browser based login" checked.  When logging in through the website, the Duo push works fine.

 This issue affected all our computers in the DMS that have device licenses installed, but my Mac has been sending the Duo push without issue.  Over the weekend though, I received an email from a faculty member experiencing the same issue on their personal device.  He was able to resolve the problem by reinstalling Creative Cloud on his computer.  

 For the device licensed computers, it appears that we have to sign in through the Adobe website though.  I attempted a clean install of Creative Cloud on a computer, and it would only send the Duo push when signing in through the website.
