Eduroam Onboarding (SecureW2) – MacOS (Sierra or Higher)

Step 1

Connect to the ulvisitor wireless network. Enter email and click accept to get fully connected to ulvisitor.

Step 2

Open a Browser and go to http://uofl.edu/setupwireless

You should see a screen with your operating system already chosen. If not, please select your operating system from the drop-down menu next to “Select your device“.

For Choose Option: “Configure via dissolvable Agent (configure and connect)” Click on JoinNow.

If you see this message, click on Allow.

Step 3

The application will begin download.

Step 4

Open your Download folder.  Click on Ok.

Step 5

Double Click on WiFi_UofL_Onboarding to open the application

Step 6

On the warning prompt about the “SecureW2 JoinNow“, Click on the Open.

Step 7

Launch a separate dialog to continue sign-on. Click Next.

Step 8

On the Microsoft login screen enter your UlinkID@louisville.edu and password.  Click "Log In"

Step 9

Click No on the Stay Signed In screen.

Enter your local username and password for your Mac. Then Click Ok.

You may be asked for your local keychain password. Enter password and make sure to click “Always Allow”.

Step 10

Once the Wireless Configuration Portal is complete, it will indicate "Joined."  Click on Done.

The Wireless icon will display a connection to eduroam.
