The GlobalProtect VPN client generates a Host Information Profile (HIP) to allow the security status of the computer to be determined. If you are connecting to the VPN system but not able to connect to University resources you can manually submit a HIP report to the system.
To manually submit a GlobalProtect VPN client HIP report follow the below steps.
Go to the windows system tray
click on the world globe icon
then click on the 3 lines in the top right corner and select "Settings"
Click on the "Host Profile" tab in the menu bar, then click the "Resubmit Host Profile" button
