Problems with Excel documents downloaded from PeopleSoft

In Excel:

Check all three switches on in Excel at

  File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View

to verify that you can download a spreadsheet from the internet.

  • Update KB3115455 for Office 2013  
  • If a PC has Office 2010  install update KB3115476
  •  If a PC has Office 2016  install update KB3115438 

These updates will be pushed automatically on 9/23/16.  Till then, download them manually
