UL2FCTR Reports Out of Date Software
Problem
The UL2FCTR/Duo two-factor authentication prompt displays the message "We're sorry, access is not allowed because you have out-of-date software."
Solution
Access to UL2FCTR protected applications requires that operating systems, web browsers, and critical plugins are up to date.
As of January 24th, 2018 the minimum requirements are:
- Windows 7 or newer
- MacOS 10.10 or newer
- iOS version 10 or newer
- Android 6.0 or newer
- Mobile devices may not be jailbroken or rooted.
- Web browser versions must be current (no more than 30 days out of date)
- Java and Flash browser plugins must be current (no more than 30 days out of date)
Once the software has been brought up to date, retry the login.
Contact your Desktop Support representative for assistance with software updates.
