A change to device settings in the December security patch for Android 11 (QPR1) will remove the "Do not validate" option under "CA certificate" for EAP server certificate validation to prevent misconfiguration resulting in credential leaks. This means that a standard login via userID and password (eap-peap) will no longer work with our campus secure Wi-Fi (ULsecure, eduroam) and will require use of UofL’s on-boarding tool (eap-tls) for all users instead.
