Forgot your password? Or need to reset it? We've got you covered in our new self-service portal. Click one of the buttons below, and follow our step-by-step guide on this page. This page also covers how to reset a service account password and a sponsored account password.

 

 

Reset Your Password

To reset your password, follow these steps.

  • Enter your password, and click “NEXT”.

  • Click the “MY ACCOUNTS” tab.

  • On the new page, enter your new password. Your new password must meet the University’s password policy, which is on the right side of the screen.

  • After entering your new password and confirming that it meets the University’s password policy, click the “RESET PASSWORD” button.

  • A pop-up window will appear confirming that your password has been changed. You will also receive a confirmation email and/or text message.

 

Forgot Your Password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps below.

  • Click on “Forgot your password?” in the bottom right-hand corner of the window that appears.

  • Enter your first name, last name, and user ID.

  • Complete the CAPTCHA by checking the “I’m not a robot” box, check the box acknowledging that you will receive text messages to your mobile device, and hit “SUBMIT”.

 

  • Select where you want the PIN to be sent to – your personal recovery email address, your recovery mobile phone number, or both. Then, hit “SEND PIN”.

 

  • Retrieve the PIN that was sent, and enter the PIN. Then, enter “VALIDATE PIN”.

 

  • Once the PIN is validated successfully, you will be able to enter a new password. Your new password must meet the University’s password policy, which is displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

  • Enter your new password. After confirming that it meets the University’s password policy, click “RESET PASSWORD”.

  • You will see a confirmation message when your password is successfully reset. You will also receive an email and/or text message.

 

Reset Service Account Password

To reset your password, follow these steps.

You must log in using the service account to reset the password for the account. You cannot reset a service account password using your personal University account.

  • Enter your password, and click “NEXT”.

  • Click the “MY ACCOUNTS” tab.

  • On the new page, enter the new password. The new password must meet the University’s password policy, which is on the right side of the screen.

  • After entering the new password and confirming that it meets the University’s password policy, click the “RESET PASSWORD” button.

  • A pop-up window will appear confirming that your password has been changed. You will also receive a confirmation email to the service account and/or text message.

 

Forgot Service Account Password

If you forgot the service account’s password, follow these steps below.

  • Click on “Forgot your password?” in the bottom right-hand corner of the window that appears.

  • Enter the service account’s username for the first name, last name, and username fields.

  • Complete the CAPTCHA by checking the “I’m not a robot” box, check the box acknowledging that you will receive text messages to your mobile device, and hit “SUBMIT”.

 

  • Select where you want the PIN to be sent to – the recovery email address, the recovery mobile phone number, or both. Then, hit “SEND PIN”.

 

  • Retrieve the PIN that was sent, and enter the PIN. Then, enter “VALIDATE PIN”.

 

  • Once the PIN is validated successfully, you will be able to enter a new password. The new password must meet the University’s password policy, which is displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

  • Enter the new password. After confirming that it meets the University’s password policy, click “RESET PASSWORD”.

  • You will see a confirmation message when the password is successfully reset. You will also receive an email to the service account and/or text message.

 

Reset Sponsored Account Password

For a sponsored user to reset their password, have the user follow these steps:

  • Enter the current password for the account, and click “NEXT”.

  • Click the “MY ACCOUNTS” tab.

  • On the new page, the sponsored user will be able to create new password. The new password must meet the University’s password policy, which is on the right side of the screen.

  • After the sponsored user enters their new password and confirms that it meets the University’s password policy, click the “RESET PASSWORD” button.

  • A pop-up window will appear confirming that the password has been changed. The sponsored user will also receive a confirmation email and/or text message.

 

Forgot Your Password

If the sponsored user forgot their password, have the sponsored user follow the steps below:

  • Click on “Forgot your password?” in the bottom right-hand corner of the window that appears.

  • Enter the first name, last name, and user ID of the sponsored account.

  • Complete the CAPTCHA by checking the “I’m not a robot” box, check the box acknowledging that text messages will be sent to the user’s mobile device, and hit “SUBMIT”.

 

  • Select where the user want the PIN to be sent to – their personal recovery email address, their recovery mobile phone number, or both. Then, hit “SEND PIN”.

 

  • Retrieve the PIN that was sent, and enter the PIN. Then, enter “VALIDATE PIN”.

 

  • Once the PIN is validated successfully, the user will be able to enter a new password. The new password must meet the University’s password policy, which is displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

  • Enter the new password. After confirming that it meets the University’s password policy, click “RESET PASSWORD”.

  • The sponsored user will see a confirmation message when your password is successfully reset. They will also receive an email and/or text message.
