Issue may be resolved by clearing credential manager.
Clear credential manager by:
You can access it, at a run, command, or powershell prompt type
"rundll32 keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr" or
"control userpassword2" or
"cmdkey /delete";
"cmdkey /list" will list the credentials.
