Error message in Outlook when attempting to open a service account:
"Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred."
Try to remove the cache on the outlook account to see if that resolves the issue:
1.Open Outlook and Select File
2.Select Account Settings
3.Select Data Files and Open File Location
4.Select Offline Address Books
5.Exit Outlook by select File and then Exit
6.Highlight the folders within the Offline Address Books Folders and Delete them.
7.Open Outloo
