Outlook - Touch vs. Mouse Mode

Issue:

Outlook columns and fields are changed and appear to be too large. It may appear that some icons are missing or not available. Column Field and sizes may change.
 
Extra icons appear to the right of the Outlook Client:
 

 
The extra icons you are seeing on the ride side of the screen are available while you are in TOUCH screen mode (vs mouse mode). If you go up to the Quick Access Menu in the top left of the Outlook window, just to the right of the UNDO button (see below), click on the switch and change it to Mouse mode to restore normal functionality and appearance.
