Unable to connect email to smartphone
User cannot connect smartphone to email. iPhone, Android, mobile, outlook, exchange
Error may be: "Cannot connect to server at this time" even when all settings are correct.
May be related to too many synced devices, the limit is 10, to check this:
1. Log on to exchange.louisville.edu
2. Click the "Options" dropdown in the upper right corner
3. Select "See all options"
4. Select "Phone"
5. Select "Mobile Phones"
6. Review the list and delete any unused devices by highlighting and clicking the black X in the toolbar.
7. If there were 10 devices or more, get the number of devices below 10 and retry the connection again.
