SMTP No Longer Functions

Issue:

Systems configured to utilize smtp.louisville.edu for email will no longer going to work outside of the UofL network. It is considered non-standard email practice and sanctioned "spoofing".

Solution:

We are encouraging people to use the outlook web client or Outlook 2016.

If you haven't migrated to Office365 yet, go to
  exchange.louisville.edu
and log in with his userid and password.

After migration, go to 
  outlook.office365.com
and log in with
  userid@louisville.edu
and the regular password
